Perineum Healing Wash
Naturopathically designed and hand blended herbal wash to support the recovery of both vaginal and caesarean birth. The herbs in this blend have been selected to support the repair of minor grazes and haemorrhoids from labour and birth, and can be used to wash caesarean wound once dressings have been removed.
The intention of this blend is to be brewed, cooled and used in a peri spray bottle that can be sprayed topically on the perineum during shower, or after toilet use. Medical gauze could also be soaked in the decoction to gently clean wound or a used as a support when going to the toilet.
Ingredients: Calendula, Chickweeed, Echinacea, Gotu kola, Meadowsweet, Shepherds purse.
